Thoughtful Yoga

This class is a therapeutic based yoga class and is designed for people who are curious about their body functions due to an injury or pain or stiffness in the physical body or people who is (has been) sick-leaves and would like to start working with their bodies gently.

In this class you are introduced to basic postures (asana) with supports in a safe and compassionate manner. The detailed instruction, modified postures and breath awareness are given so that students are encouraged to explore themselves through their body with healthy alignments. To honor individual conditions and limitations is essential. Students also practice breathing techniques (pranayama) and meditation.
