Join me for Aroma Yin Yoga and Meditation on Fridays: February 2, March 2, April 6, May 11 and June 8 at 7pm-8:30pm.
Essential oils have been used for centuries to promote health (for medicinal and therapeutical benefits), culinary purposes and ceremonies. Traditionally incenses and essential oils are also used to help to focus and clear mind for yoga and meditation practice.
The use of organic essential oils can affect the limbic system in the brain which controls emotions and memories. Different scents have different characteristics and benefits; facilitating relieving stress, bringing calmness and a feeling of grounding, cleansing negative energies and boosting energy levels.
The practice of ISHTA yinyoga and meditation with essential oils may enhance physical and mental wellbeing and perhaps personal growth on and off the yoga mat!

Cost: 180 SEK (130 SEK for students, unemployed, pensioned) Do you have a Raja Yoga Membership? You can use your card as a regular drop-in class for AW-Yoga!
